Join me and Rachel Augustine for a yoga, meditation and education workshop. The body asks us to be attentive to it, but often we don’t know how to attend to our body and live a healthy and balanced life. As we age, the needs of our body change; for example the needs in your 30’s and 40’s were different than what you need now.
Learn and practice the key ways to care for your body from the inside out and the outside in. I will highlight the top ways to optimize your health so you can age with grace, beauty and strength. Rachel Augustine will lead us in a yoga practice and short meditation to help cultivate flexibility, strength, balance, and stability for both the body and mind.
This workshop is designed for women in their 50’s and older.
